Actually the Atlantis Idea was presented by me and a good friend of mine in the mursaat history post in GWonline.com about two years ago, but thats what we though chapter 2 is going to be.
Anyways...Some have said prequel, but you cannot move your characters back in time, cuz that would cause a time/space distruption and will result in time-quakes. LOL.

I'm talking to Glim [Jade Armor Henchman]!
I'm talking to Glim [Jade Armor Henchman]!
I'm talking to Glim [Jade Armor Henchman]!
=P
Okay first of all the word UTOPIA means "no place" (non existant place) which ironically means in Thomas More's piece that the place he created as an island where the ideal society lives in, cannot exist.
Secondly I usually believe in these rumors/speculations. These don't pop outta nowhere, there's usually an unconfirmed source (yes unconfirmed) but that source is still a source, it's prolly waiting to be announced, go public and official so I'll accept Ch4 as GW:Utopia now.
There's really good material in the mursaat and orr for story material if you ask me. Mursaat were like the final area creature in chap1 and I think they shuold be involved in the story more. (They are cool ) Also the story should embody more elements from the GW Lore as mentioned above. We'll have plenty of content that way, for the story that is, which will make the devs create opportunities for non story gameplay a.k.a pvp.
Therefore I say
I'm talking to Glim [Jade Armor Henchman]!

For those doubtors this is taken straight from the Meriam Webster online dictionary:
Main Entry: uto·pia
Pronunciation: yu-'tO-pE-&
Function: noun
Etymology: Utopia, imaginary and ideal country in Utopia (1516) by Sir Thomas More, from Greek ou not, no + topos place
1 : an imaginary and indefinitely remote place
2 often capitalized : a place of ideal perfection especially in laws, government, and social conditions
3 : an impractical scheme for social improvement

Don't get too excited, I bet my theory is totally wrong. Here is history of Orr from wiki:
After the Searing the Charr forces marched south to Orr and quickly overwhelmed its armies. We are told that the empire was destroyed when the king's personal advisor, Vizier Khilbron, used powerful magic to defeat the invading Charr forces, magic that caused a devastating explosion which killed the attacking Charr, but also destroyed the city of Arah, and most of the surrounding peninsula. This event is referred to as The Cataclysm.
The Cataclysm caused most of Orr to sink to the bottom of the Bay of Sirens (which - after this event - was renamed Sea of Sorrows). The parts that are above sea level are charred and barren, and haunted by the undead.
Much of this story might have been relayed by Vizier Khilbron himself, one of the few survivors of the disaster, and might not be an accurate account.
Many of the Orrian forces appear now as Undead throughout Kryta.
As you see in the 2nd paragraph it says, "The Catacylsm caust MOST of Orr to sink to the bottom of the Bay of Sirens. The part that is above is dead, but it does not say anything about the part below.
Also don't forget about Janthir the island home to the mursaat. Also do Deldrimor is the only other nation listed on wiki other than the ones we have visited. That could be a good setting.
I don't know anything can happen.

for those thinking we'll be in Orr for the next chapter, you know that Orr is located within the prophecies map right? I don't think we'll ever go to Orr as a seperate chapter since it's located within a current campaign.

The only reason that rumor is being spread is because there is a WHOIS registration for that Domain name. Now think about it with me here folks. Since when has ANet made a website for an individual title? Never. They all are under the umbrella site of guildwars.com The truth is no one knows why they have that domain registered and locked down and until they actually do something with it instead of just letting it take up space on the internet then we won't know. Someone already mentioned this and the thread was closed because it was just irresponsible rumormongering. Mods please lock this one up too.

They infact have registered individual title names but they all go to the official site.
www.guildwarsfactions.com
They also registered the domain www.guildwarsnightfall.com but the link has never worked. So they would do the same with campaign 4 and make www.guildwars[chapter name].com to link to their official site. Nobody ever said about creating seperate websites.
That said it could still be false. I wont speculate fully until i see the official press release of it.
WHOIS for Factions.

WHOIS for Nightfall.

WHOIS for Utopia.

Compare Nightfalls one and Utopias one.

Check this post out to see for yourself why I do not think the next chapter could be Orr. Make sure to read the last paragraph carefully and you may see the reason that I believe Orr is now "The Ring of Fire"

What CG rendered intro movie? None of the campaigns have pre-rendered anything, it's all in game rendering.

These movies are on your retail install disc, not anywhere in-game. The installer gives you an option to view it.

The name is so bad, I wonder how a game named like that would be.
I'm glad it's not official (yet), so I don't have to puke yet.

i think Guild Wars:Utopia will like be most MMORPGs wherein you can interact with LOTS of players in an instance do things such as fishing, kill monsters, player killing, hunt in groups and collect uber items.

but the next xhapter could be in orr,but as people have stated that involves using the tyrian map, where the remnants of orr are located as islands, but it is an intriging theory, but i personally dont think it will happen
i am not sure about making a copletely different game known as guild wars 2 as it will cause a divide between the first and second guild wars where some go play guild wars 2 and the other the orignal, that would mean less players on both and since you would not be able to transverse between the 2, that would mean no interactment, i suppose it could work and anet could still make monet etc but at the cost of a great divide, but that being said, you never know you could be right

Not likely, that would require more server maintenance, which is cost prohibitive.
